But, how easy is it to find visa sponsorship jobs?

Let’s look at the second way to find them – finding advertised visa sponsorship jobs.

So, where and how can YOU find visa sponsorship jobs that are advertised?

Just a word of warning here – very few visa sponsorship jobs are ever advertised on job listings, in fact less than about 5%.

However, it is still possible to find visa sponsorship jobs which are advertised.

Here is how to do that:

Determine Your Eligibility Before You Try To Find Visa Sponsorship Jobs

If you know what visas you are eligible for in your destination country, finding the jobs which are advertised for those people who are eligible for those jobs, is so much easier.

For example, if you are eligible for a 482 sponsorship visa in Australia, you can use the keywords related to that visa, “482 visa” to search any online job listings and you will find visa sponsorship jobs.

Also, if you are eligible for an Accredited Employer Visa in New Zealand, you can search the term “Accredited Employer” in the job listings in New Zealand, and you will find jobs which are advertised by employers who are willing to work with immigrants.

And so on…

There are dozens of variations of these keywords related to your eligibility.

Therefore, it is imperative to find exactly which visas you are eligible for before you try and find visa sponsorship jobs in your destination country.

When we work with our Quick Start Program and VIP Program clients, we show them exactly which keywords to use for their individual situation to find visa sponsored jobs according to their eligibility, in their destination country.

Here is an example of a Tier 2 Sponsorship Visa Job Ad in the United Kingdom.

You can see that they are willing to sponsor a Tier 2 visa for the successful candidate here and also pay the associated costs.

Which Job Listings Should You Use

Here are a few major job search listings websites and job search engines to use:

Seek in Australia and New Zealand

Monster in the USA and Canada

Glassdoor

Jora

Indeed

LinkedIn

Adzuna

There are different websites for each of these in each country.

Remember, you must know your eligibility and use the keywords related to your eligibility and visas, for this exercise. This video is too short to give you all the keywords for different sponsored type jobs around the world.
